THINGS TO KNOW
Our bed and breakfast offers three floors of comfortable, shared spaces and spacious rooms. We offer a handicapped accessible suite on the main floor with easy access to the dining area and main living room. Please take advantage of the front porches, outdoor spaces and beautiful scenery.
The breakfasts that we serve at Foxboro Lodge are made on site and from scratch, often locally sourced and from our own gardens in season. We do our best to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests with advanced notice. Please communicate with our hosts when you make your reservation if you or a family member need to avoid certain foods.
You will find small refrigerators available for use by our guests throughout the bed and breakfast, as well as complimentary bottled water and light snacks. Comfy robes and extra toiletries are also provided. Limited Wi-Fi can be accessed for smart phones, tablets or laptops; however, there are no TVs in the rooms or common areas.
Also, an important FYI: Our hosts do share their personal living space with a small dog, and we do occasionally welcome guests with service animals. While the bed and breakfast is cleaned regularly and our air filters highly maintained, those with more acute pet allergies may experience some effects. If you are concerned about this being an issue or have any questions for our hosts, please contact us.

THE STORY OF FOXBORO

MEET THE HOSTS
Marvin and Ruth Ann Weaver opened Foxboro Bed and Breakfast in 2003 with a desire to welcome and serve others. Over time, Ruth Ann’s hospitality paired with Marvin’s creative handiwork brought forth the picturesque property we see today. They added the pond and gazebo over a decade ago, expanding Foxboro’s outdoor offerings. The event center lodge building was added in 2014, providing a perfect venue for small weddings, special events, retreats and business conferences.
In 2019, the Weavers sold the property and business to Grace Covenant Community Church, and in January of 2020, the entire facility was freshly painted and redecorated. The new hosts, Brian and Christi Sensenig, took up residence and have been working to continue the Weaver’s tradition of service and creativity. Foxboro Lodge continues to provide the highest level of excellence in the hospitality industry!
Brian and Christi Sensenig have been married for 23 years and moved into Foxboro Lodge in January 2020. They have been enjoying this new season of their lives together as the hosts and caretakers of this beautiful property. They enjoy working together inside and outside and spending time gardening, walking and creating new things together. Brian has been in construction for the majority of his life, and also has a love for woodworking, hunting and camping. He is currently sharing responsibility as the Foxboro Lodge grounds keeper and as a full-time corrections officer. Christi had a cleaning business for 13 years prior to Foxboro, and she also has a love for cooking, baking, crafting and decorating. She is also very active in their church Freedom Ministry and has a passion to see people set free from bondage and walk in freedom and their true identity in Jesus Christ. Their fourteen-year-old yorkie-poo puppy named Charlie also resides with them at the bed and breakfast. He loves to great the many guests and at this stage in his life, take very long naps.
A message from the Sensenigs:
"We’re so excited to have you come and stay with us here at Foxboro Lodge. It’s our goal to make this a relaxing environment for our guests. The homemade breakfasts, clean and tidy rooms, well maintained landscaping and beautiful outdoor spaces will make your time here enjoyable and restful.
We updated and redecorated the entire bed and breakfast in January and February of 2020, so please take time to enjoy the common areas–the living room fireplace, the sitting area in the loft and the basement family room. Outside, you’ll find the gazebo, fire pit, pond and walking trail all ready for your use.
Wherever you choose to spend your time, please know that you are our guest and we will do our best to make sure your stay here is an enjoyable and relaxing one…..a home away from home."
